To talk to a EDD rep call 800 300 5616 you're going to press what ever language and then after recording you press 24 u will be connected if not try again I did it it worked first try and I got my pending payments payed the reason it works is becouse instead of calling in as claimants you call in as employer there is less employers calling than claimants so it's faster
