@Cobrapost After a cloudburst in Kishtwar district in Jammu and Kashmir, at least seven people died and around 40 were reported as missing on Wednesday. The cloudburst was reported in the Gulabgarh area of Kishtwar district, said Kishtwar district deputy commissioner.
