Lots of BIG Movements with Karly today! After the heart-pumping warm-up, Karly leads you through TEN BIG Movement exercises meant to imitate and exaggerate functional movements you need every day. Whew! But now time to repeat them all! Next two rounds of lower-body, upper-body, and core exercises that utilize your stretch band and one hand weight for resistance. Almost ready for cool-down. But first, an exercise to challenge your balance -- even though you'll remain seated.
Remember to modify the exercises to fit YOUR abilities. And HYDRATE!
