Piece of fabric: 9cm X 80cm
Piece of elastic: 18cm
1 safety pin

MATERIALS I USED FOR THE POM POM SCRUNCHIE:
Piece of fabric: 12cm X 100cm
Piece of elastic: 18cm
1 safety pin
