I know it seems a bit harsh to use the word senile when you are talking about the President of the United States. But, you have to call a spade a spade. President Biden is unfit, and Barack Obama knew that. What we see in this video clip is a man who is unfit to serve in his capacity as the President. I had to laugh, it was funny,... but, is it... really?

You could see it on the face of the Secret Service Agent. Part of e feels sorry for those guys. Imagine achieving your life's goal of becoming an agent with the Secret Service and then ending up as part of a show like this.
