Being ETHICAL and TRUSTWORTHY in Direct Sales!

This was a team training I did in our private team space to discuss some questions surrounding common practices amongst Direct Selling Companies.

I want to ensure our whole team approaches sales as a way to HELP others, and as a way of service to others, not with misleading tactics. We want to enroll with truthful facts, and not mislead others to join teams based on implied numbers or by omitting facts.

Almost all Direct Selling Companies I know are doing it RIGHT. There are a few people (just like in any industry) who can give the whole industry a bad name. But WE can do better!
