Never one for vanity I didn't pay attention to acne & pimple breakouts, dark pigmentation or other skin issues because I accepted them as part of who I was. Little did I know - that wasn't me! My skin was better, & my skin was just showing me what my body was going through. It was & is a reflection of your inner health.
𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀, 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼...
Here's how I was able to do both, lose weight & hey healthy skin-
1. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽: Not only is this important for skin health, it also helps you in weight management.
2. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀: Following High Intensity Workouts, a regular sleep cycle, my insulin & natural testosterone helped me have much better health & skin
3. 𝗚𝘂𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹: where all your food goes. Take care of that. Consume good bacteria-I used pro & pre-biotics, increased fiber intake & occasional detox (if there's such a thing).
4. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 & 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝘁𝘀 in your diet! Are you consuming enough of both?
These tips help with healthy skin, but also aid in weightloss, like I said your skin is an reflection of your health so they go hand in hand.
Remember 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 & 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼!
