Dip and panko:
2 whole eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk - 54g
1.5 tablespoons smoked paprika - 10g
2 teaspoons cayenne powder - 6g
2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper - 10g

1 tablespoons kosher salt - 10g
1 teaspoon sugars - 5G
2 teaspoons garlic powder - 8g

2 cups kikkoman panko breadcrumbs -138g

Spicy Garlic Aioli:
3 tablespoons spicy chili crisp
1 tablespoon miso -20g
2/3 cup mayo - 121g
2 teaspoons cayenne -6g

3 cloves finely chopped garlic - 14g
