The Bombay High Court granted bail to Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan on Thursday, October 28. It was on October 3 that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested the 23-year-old following a raid on a rave party on board Cordelia Cruises' Empress ship in Mumbai. The raid was conducted on October 2. Since then, Aryan had been in NCB custody. On October 8, he was sent to Arthur Road jail in Mumbai. After 20 days in Mumbai's Arthur Road jail, and 5 days in NCB and judicial custody, Aryan Khan was granted bail.
