Fishcake Udon | Eomuk Udon | 어묵 우동
Today's menu is Eomuk Udon.
It's been a while since 'Proper cooking' right? Haha
Anyways, Eomuk is Korean for Fishcake.
I used to chop fishcake in a trianglular shape, but that kinda made it hard to pick up with chopsticks along with noodles, and so, one day, I decided to cut it in long strips (like noodles) which made it a lot easier.
This recipe doesn't require much but it's quite hearty and delicious.
Highly recommend it :)
Ingredients:
Udon Noodles: x1 , Fish Cake: x1, Green Onion: x1, Black Pepper: x1 Pinch, Dasida (Korean Beef Stock): x1 tsp, Chili Flakes (Gochugaru): x1 tsp, Tsuyu: x1 Tbsp, Water: x500 mL
