Usually, past experience helps Bootcamp graduates and career changers become useful employees on the job. But in Grayson's case, his experience helped him actually with the job application process itself. Grayson used his background as an outside salesperson to create a better structure, ultimately, a better way of thinking about the interview process altogether.
