Some weapon mods (like socketed attacks deal 20% more damage) are inherently worse on one-handed weapons, so their numbers are much higher on one handed weapons.
The Squire breaks this balance mechanic in half.
Other items this is bonkers with beyond crafted rares and Mjolnir: Arakali's Fang, Replica Bitterdream, Balefire and more.
(Note that the Shaper/Hunter wand outlined here might be beaten by a Shaper/Elder wand with different mods at some budgets)
