Applying Grimas concealer to conceal skin imperfections - Blending with finger technique

Grimas Concealer is a liquid make-up for concealing dark circles under the eyes, red spots and other skin imperfections. It can also be used to model certain parts of the face (shaping). Our concealer is waterproof and thanks to the high concentration of pigments it has a great covering power.

Colour correcting concealers
Colour correcting concealers are meant to be applied underneath the basic make-up. The colour 408 (soft green) neutralizes redness and makes the skin look calmer. The colour 600 (lavender) neutralizes the colour of sallow or yellowish skin and makes it bright. The colour 1125 neutralizes a cool undertone. The colour IV5 (ivory yellow) neutralizes dark circles and purple scars.

Modelling colours
Modelling colours are intended for shaping the facial contours. The colour 001 (white) is used for highlighting and the colour 1043 (brown) for shading.

Concealers in skin tones
Concealers in skin tones are meant to be applied on top of the basic make-up (or without the use of a basic make-up). To find the right shade of Concealer you should not only look at how light or dark the skin is, but also at the undertone. The undertone can be warm (yellow), cool (pink/red) or neutral. The letters in the overview below indicate for which skin type the colour group is composed. The numbers behind the letters then give an indication of the darkness of the shade within that colour group: the higher the number, the darker the shade.
Colour groups B and G are meant for the light skin with a warm undertone, and colour group W for the light skin with a cool undertone. Colour group D is meant for the dark skin and colour group J for the olive skin. These last two colour groups are composed in such a way that they do not cause greyness on the tinted skin.

Grimas is a Dutch company that develops and produces make-up for professionals and for the hobby market, including primary schools.
