In light of increasing costs of propane and other fuels, Sarah uses solar energy to cook dinner in an All-American Sun Oven.
Pork roast: Season liberally with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, oregano, and paprika.
Scalloped-AuGratin Potatoes:
4 tbsp butter
1 medium onion diced
1 clove garlic minced
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups milk
1-2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
5-6 sliced potatoes
