This is in addition to the Ban & Price Cap on the purchase of Russian Seaborn Crude Oil that was introduced on 5th December. In this video I provide more details of the impact and also look at the latest Supply deal that Russia has announced with Pakistan, a country this is on the Verge of BANKRUPTCY.
