@propertybykazy gives us the blue print on how he managed to become a property owner then developer and investor at 23. He now owns 15 properties in his early 30's.
He said, that although he is dyslexic and dropped out of university initially, he went back and finished his degree in economics which assisted him in his property career.
His key points are:
Have a good circle, or team around you.
Having money isn't the only piece of the puzzle- you need to understand how to communicate with people, as you will need to liaise with tradesmen, accountants and lawyers.
Having a good job, does help in qualifying for your first house but i didn't...there is always a way!
