SLOW SPEED + FORCE RECALL on the 92-story High-Rise Elevators

SLOW SPEED + FORCE RECALL on the 92-story High-Rise Elevators

WARNING: Any comments that display the building's name, address, or specific location will be removed immediately, even if those can be seen or heard in this video! No exceptions!

As you'll notice on high-rise elevators like these guys right here, their speed will be slowed down during high winds. As you can see, they are supposed to run at 1600 FPM (1200 FPM for now probably until the building is fully done), but apparently, because of the high winds, the speed on these elevators are now slowed down to 400 FPM (slower than the low-rise, which is 1000 FPM). In the worst scenario, if the winds get dangerously high, then the high-rise elevators plus the freight will be recalled to a certain floor. It's similar to how a fire recall works but for some odd reason, the recall floor during high winds is 47 (amenity floor). While the elevators are recalled, if you try putting in a high-rise floor via the compass panel, it will show up as "access denied".

So the first clip you'll see are the high-rise elevators running at 1200 FPM, which again is the speed they'll run at for now maybe until the building finishes, on the way up and 400 FPM on the way down. The second clip will include the high-rise elevators getting recalled while in motion.
