Birria Ramen
It was experiment and it came out so delicious 🤤
Ingredients
4 lb pork belly
8-10 dried chilies
1 onion
8 garlic cloves
10 black peppercorns
2 cloves
3 bay leaves
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp salt
Fresh cilantro and red onion
8 cups water or broth or beer
Notes: Salt pork belly inside before roll up. Add to the pressure cooker some bones to get more flavorful soup. Cook on medium-low for about one and half hour. Let it cool, then refrigerate overnight before cut. Before serving broil or using torch roast the slices.
