Welcome to Movie Shortens. When catastrophic climate change puts the planet's survival in jeopardy, world governments band together to build the Dutch Boy Program: a network of thousands of satellites that work in concert to monitor the Earth's weather and respond quickly to any worrisome events. After three years of successfully defending the Earth, something is beginning to go wrong. Before a global natural calamity can blanket the planet, two estranged brothers are tasked with resolving the program's fault.
