Dear LymphaCare:
I reached out to several medical supply companies INQUIRING ONLY about my Durable Medical Equipment Order, from my Primary Care Physician, to order a PNEUMATIC SEQUENTIAL LYMPHEDEMA PUMP. I provided you with the front and back of my insurance card, but I EMPHASIZED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT:
Everything must be both confirmed and approved before placing an order on my behalf.
NOT ONE TIME DID I STATE THAT I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH LYMPHACARE.
You went ahead and sent me a LYMPHEDEMA PUMP via UPS and then had the nerve to NOT INCLUDE A RETURN LABEL. You might have had the right idea, among the crooks' code of unethical behavior, but YOU GOT THE WRONG PERSON.
I have already reported LymphaCare to several agencies and both my Primary Care Physician and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois have already been alerted of your unethical and fraudulent actions.
NOTE: You submitted paperwork to my Primary Care Physician requesting authorization, knowing that I had never requested to place an order with your company. My Primary Care Physician has not and will not be submitting the authorization to you. She would never do that, NOT WITHOUT MY EXPRESSED CONSENT. I have also reached out to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO's Health Care Fraud Prevention and Reporting to alert them of the FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR OF LYMPHACARE. Thus, submitting a claim, for the equipment that you shipped to me without my request nor my Primary Care Physician's authorization, will be will be an exercise in futility.

Dear LymphaCare:
UPS literally just left my job leaving behind the pump because LYMPHACARE FAILED to provide UPS with the UPS Return Label for UPS Tracking #1Z011R6W2648932737.
I have video/audio footage of me speaking with both the UPS Driver and his Supervisor! That footage will be posted on various social media platforms and given to the Better Business Bureau of PA, the PA Attorney General’s Office, and to BC BS of Illinois Fraud Division.
I don’t know how much further this company is willing to go with the shenanigans, but I am going along for the ride.
I will also send this entire experience to various news outlet. Maybe a reporter or two will be willing to get this incident on air or online.
